I don't visit as much as I used too, but the time to go is definitely at night when its not as busy. The food is made right (night crew) and always fresh. They have an employee named "Steven". He is very well mannered, very patient, and shows pride in what he does. Some employee tend to show they hate working or just cant handle it but not Steven. Took our order, confirmed it. Even asked if we needed something else before we went to the next window to get the order. JOB WELL DONE! Thank you for your time and what you do. Keep up the good work.
Although there are some nice people I regret stating that some are very forgetful and me driving all the way from Ranger and not having a chicken patty in my sandwich really ticked me off.. they did however give me a free extra value meal it didn't make up for my gas being wasted and all the time it took to get back there then all the way to my home again.. and they workers outside look really sloppy..
Last two visits were less than satisfactory. The first visit I ordered one thing, a sausage biscut w/ cheese. I was asked to pull forward, someone would bring mu biscuit out to me. I waited 12 minutes an nothing was ever brought out. I was in a slight rush so I couldn't go in. Left with nothing. The second visit. I didn't get a straw had to pull around and go inside to get my own.
Also i asked to see the food score, I almost always ask and take a picture to post on here. No score was displayed. And management had no idea what the score rating currently is, or where its location might be in the restaurant.
Need to turn CNN off in the dining room. Ads with medication side effects & politics not conducive to enjoyment. Crew seems to have improved over the past few weeks. Like all locations wait times have tripled since they introduced specialty sandwich menu. Modern interior often needs more attention to keep it clean and tidy. Do love that Coke Zero with lime is available in the new soda fountains & ice machine is built in to the dispenser to be sanitary... But these fancy drink choices aren't available in the drivethru.
Friendly staff, fast service, and clean facilities. The play ground was great for the children. Hash browns are 2 for $1 right now.
