How they got my past info is what burns me up. I have been to this doctor TWICE and at my address for over 4 years and at my new job for a 1 1/2. No reason they should have gotten it wrong.
I had heard so many good things about this group,I was so excited to finally with my medicare ,be able to make an appointment.I wish I could bring myself to go back and see a different doctor in the group.The physician's comments to me were belittling and his nurse laughing at his insensitive remarks made it an humiliating experience.I would love to give his name,but instead I will pray for our heavenly father to touch his heart and hopefully he will be a kinder more sympathetic physician in the future.I must travel far for another specialist for my surgery,it just doesn't seem fair....Don't let my review stop anyone from using this group,before my experience I was told they would be able to help me,and are good at what they do...
I used this doctor twice, filled out my Name and Address and my Insurance info. I get a call about owing a bill. I call and they had sent the bill to a address I lived at 6 YEARS AGO. How did they get this information? They change the address and sent me a new bill, in the mean time STILL they call me. They also UED THE WRONG INSURANSE INFO I HAD WITH ANOTHER JOB, not what I GAVE them. Now they have harassing phone calls at the end of the day so you can not call them back. NOW I have to take time off work to get this straighten out. They will not have a good day by the time I am finished with them and I will never go back to them. EVER!
