There was a lady at the cash register ' looked as though she was getting ready to open ' there was 10 or 12 people waiting on outside to get in ' finally at 10:30 another lady came to door which she let in'( an associate)'
Customers started giving up and leaving ' At 10:50 I called the store # and ask to speak to a manager and the lady hung up on me '
