They have cheap down payment.and the staff are nice and friendly,the only bad thing is I got a Mercury mountaineer and transportation started going out two months ,bit that can happen anywhere,

Bad customer service. Very expensive. The vehicles they sell here has alot of issues and when they need repaired the company charges outrageous prices to fix them. After paying a few thousand dollars the company is in a hurry to report the car so they can resale it.

We absolutely needed a car and didnt have any credit so this place was really our only option. The first car we picked was a 1999 Honda Accord, it ended up breaking down twice. Even with general maintenance. The total price for the car was a little over 11k. Their interest rates and prices are quite high for the cars they offer. We were allowed to trade in the Honda for another car(because we had not finished paying on the Honda) and were charged an extra $1000.00 to pay for having to trade the car in. We found a better vehicle and that so far is in great condition. The only downside is that they jacked what we owed back up to 14k. The business practices of this place are a little sad, as they tend to take advantage of people. Good paying customers and non paying customers alike. The silver lining to all of this is that once paid our credit will be built up and after we pay the 1000 off our payments will only be 5 dollars more a week than the payments for the Honda. We also found a really nice car with lower mileage than most of what they had to offer. In spite of all of that, if you are a good paying customer they will allow you to double up on payments and come pay on Saturdays without being penalized. If you can help it, I would shop around before coming to this place of business for a car. However, if you have no credit or bad credit then this is the place. Just make sure you test drive every car and check it over really good. Also, ask as many questions about the car of your choice as you can. Find out what all work has needed to be done on it.
