everyone there are so nice and friendly every time i go in to pay my payment they always talk and joke with you. this is the only place i ever go when i need a car, i have bought 4 cars from packs and if i ever get behind they always let me catch up on my payments they have never told me well we have to come get the car they always say well lets try to work this out. people say cars are broken or bad dude its buy here pay here you buy as is so test drive the car look it over and buy it if you want it if not then don't packs provides a service for people with bad credit if you have good credit go buy it new. but if you do buy from packs you will never find another car dealer that will bend over backwards to help you pay off your car.
whatever you do don't use him...he sells u a car that is no good and then won't refund you the money when he knows what bad condition they are in...what a rip off for people that need a car...
They are great people , willing to help my car tore up months after i got it they came helped fix it. Then i was put in hospital and got behind on payments again they worked with me. Sweet family oriented business.
