Prices here are higher than at other Nike outlet stores and selection is not as good. Employees just kind of wander around looking busy but not helping customers. Tried to buy 25 pairs of shoes for a college athletic team but they wouldn't sell me more than a few of the same kind and also said they would only hold them for a couple of hours. Cashier was nice and helpful but manager on duty was not.

The customer service sucks. I took my brother n law to get some new shoes on the fourth of July. Nobody greeted us. I walked in front of a young man with dark complexion. And a young female and they both work there. I went in front of them several times looking for some sandals and they both just kept talking to each other and didn't bother to ask if I need help. Everytime I come to get new shoes I have to walk up and ask for help except if it's early in the morning and it's like a manager or something....Come on people this is ridiculous.... Where is your sense of hospitality....How do you people even still have jobs? Seriously!
