We weren't satisfied with the refrigerator we rented so we wanted to return it. We were told we had to make a payment which we did. They kept telling us we didn't , but we have an email saying we did. We told we were on the schedule for pickup today between 10 and 4. No show so we called again and someone gave a false name, so another call and no such person. Call again and found out we were not on the schedule, that we needed to talk to someone in the morning. We will not deal with Aaron's ever again. Whoever owns this store should be ashamed of the employees who treat customers like we were treated. We understand people get busy and can't make it between 10 and 4, but to lie ? One star is too much, maybe a half.
The courteous people and the product line here are simply outstanding. . I really enjoy the fact that we can pay our bill by the month AND do it online making it very stress free. Whatever your needs are, i feel confident that Aarons will go above and beyond to make your shopping experience the best it can be . This company gets 5 stars from me!!!! I recently went to get a bedroom suite and washer and dryer set. They were very friendly , and super helpful with my selection, and if they didn't have it at the store (in calhoun) they looked up exactly what I wanted and called the nearest store to check on the item for me and found out if it was brand New, or what kind of condition it was in. I did end up just going with the one that was already the store, but they were very helpful.
Will hound to heck out of you if you payment is 5 minutes late. Will never buy from the crooks again.
Would rather discuss my experience in person with whoever owns the store because I'm not the type to just air my business over the net! And I've had a CPL bad experiences in the last CPL months! One involves money taken out of my bank account but not applied to our Arron's account! And I have bank statements and screen shots on my phone to prove true! Even tho it was corrected it still took three or four weeks ! There is only one person at this store I can speak highly of! But to make a long story short for now.....I was about ready to let all four items go back I was so upset! And I don't mean through email...I would like to contact someone over the phone who isn't manager, ass. manager nor district! Even tho one out of the three I had a great experience with! Me and my husband are very financially stable at this point and it wouldn't hurt us any to let it all go back and pay someone cash money for what we have now! Without all the Hassel and harrasment !
