If there was an option to give negative stars-they would get it. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE. We bought a full living room suite and when it arrived it had grease down the side when they delivered itand they would not replace it. We lifted the couch up and it was CARDBOARD underneath, the tables were pressed wood and the rug was almost see thru. Then they take money out of your bank account without authorization. I wish we would've never known this place existed. And btw, the Dalton branch is the same way, only the staff is slightly nicer. The staff at Calhoun, GA are extremely rude.
Very pleased with service and staff all good
Over the years I have bought multiple things from the Calhoun location. I have always been treated great. I have bought a living room suit including tables, a stereo, queen bedroom suit with dresser, mirror, 2 night stands, shelf robe, headboard with rails, mattress and box springs, gun cabinet and helped my daughter get a mower. I have always had great experiences with the team in there. We all laugh together and joke. My daughter is now building her credit with them.
Walked in to a smiling salesperson, Isabella. I had already been looking at their ad and knew what I wanted. She didn't try to talk me out of it. We sat at the dining room table of my choice and talked about where we lived and our decor in our home. Just by luck, another customer had ordered the same set and didn't want it. The warehouseman helped us load it after they let us inspect it. We were approved and out in less than a half hour. Very nice people!
