Everytime I go for my appointments I have to wait three hours just to see psychiatrist. It's almost like they want to keep you waiting so they create the anxiety. I've been told they understand my frustration and they're sorry but have yet to tell me why I'm always having to wait that long. I've been there four times and had to reschedule each time due to unusually high wait times. I went today because I've been trying to get a medication switch and she called me back realized I was wrong patient. She then made me go back out and took someone else back. My problem would've taken five minutes. My medicine she prescribed was making me suicidal but yet she has to take the other person because they were there first. Mine was an emergency. Don't use Calhoun highland rivers. They should've never reopened the doors. Dalton has never been this rude or anything. Thank you.
