Unprofessional, rude, and un attentive. If you want poor record keeping, to argue with receptionists who threaten dismissal letters because they don't have time to listen to you then this is the madhouse for you. Dr. Bishop is a past-his-prime pill pusher who has no desire to hear your personal medical concerns. I suggest finding a real doctor.

My experience at this clinic was TERRIBLE!! My husband hurt his back and it so obivious to see he was in pain. We walked in and notice the waiting room was empty so im thinking were gonna get seen fast. But the lady at the desk tells us "your not gonna get seen for 45 mins to an hour,everyones at lunch" this was at 11:00 am. So im like thats ok we can wait. Then she tells us my husband cant lean on the counter and see other peoples information. I explained to her how my husband hurt his back and he cant move. She told us "you know theres nothing we can do for him". She never asked us why we were there? What was the reason for our visit today? SO RUDE!! My husband and I decided to go down the street to Floyd's care. It is double the price but we got the care we needed. I will NEVER visit Immediate care clinic ever again! RUDEST LADY AT THE COUNTER EVER,NO SYMPATHY WHAT SO EVER!
Don't do it they don't care about u go to Floyd urgent care they care and will take care of u and aren't rude and uncaring

Did not have a good experience here at all took Grandchild who was running a fever and stomach ache. Did not do any test (flu , strep) said he didn't see any reasons to ??? he prescribed antibiotics tho??? $40.00
