You couldn't pay me to live at this place. Between the police always being called there and the shady ppl that hang around, its nothing but trouble
Love the how clean the room is and the clean floors and clean bed! Bed bug free! Maintenance helped me with a little problem but fixed it right away! Highly recommend for anyone that needs something small but not too small! Plus can't beat the rent and laundry room!
Offers everything they advertise except the free Wi-Fi I've been here for two years now and still have not seen the advertised free Wi-Fi
For value, you can't beat the rent. An effiencty apartment for a single person is $130.00 per week. A suite is $150.00. All utilities are included, including cable. A laundromat is on site. However, the property is crowded and outdated. There is no wifi. There is a history of illicite activity on the premises so its not a place for young children.
It's not a bad place I mean at first I didn't want move in but after seeing the rooms it was clean I have.been.here 2 months I ain't ever seen but one bug since I've been here it isn't bad as everyone thinks if u stay to ya self u be fine the only thing is kids can't play out side but rather than that it's liveable it's a place live if you clean u want get bugs there ain't no bed bugs if there is it ain't on my side every were ppl live even in appt going get a bug or to
