The workers there are so nice. They all smile and seem happy. The sizes of drinks and portions are bigger than the Wendy's in AL and Gwinnett County, GA , for those who live in either of those places. I didn't get the name of this worker, but they were sweet with red hair, tall and kind and should definetly get noticed by their boss because they bring a great atomosphere to the place. This worker made both my sister and I's day and brought a smile to the face of the customer after us. Never saw that before.
super fast service, but lobby was not the best looking needs to be cleaned more often.
A mistake was made with my to go order. After I got home and called back about the mistake the Manager Suzanne was so sweet and respectful. She made our burger order and gave us the correct menu item. I applaud her for a well done response.
Service is way too slow to be called a fast food restaurant. Need to hire some employees with motivation or more employees to do the same job. On several occasions the chicken I got was MANY hours old and was rubber and couldn't be chewed. The fries are hit or miss also. Building the new location isn't going to fix their problems. I used to wonder why I didn't see many people ever there no matter the hour well now I know. I have a feeling someone invested a lot of money into a new building for no reason.
Slow or almost no service. French fries cold and cooked in old grease. Not a good experience my husband and I had yesterday. The chilli was good.
